It’s a Babyberry Pie party!

Attention Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, Washington area friends and fans!  If you’re looking for something fun to do with a wee one (or without), come join me this Saturday, December 15th, from noon until 2 p.m. at Steamers & Screamers (is that a great name for a family-friendly coffee shop or what?!).  I’ll be reading and signing copies of my picture book BABYBERRY PIE — the perfect holiday gift for little ones in your life.

(Please note:  Babyberry Pie is the only book that Steamers & Screamers will be offering for sale at this event.  I’m happy to sign any of my books that you bring with you, however — and there’s a Barnes & Noble just down the road, if you’re looking for my other titles and want to purchase them there and bring them over for an autograph.)

    • I have no idea! Most people don’t have one so it’s usually blank. Just something the WordPress software puts in there, I guess…

  1. Hey, Heather! Questions for ya! 😉

My friend had two copies of Pies & Prejudice, both had a fancy signature of your name on the inside written in a purple pen… she said she got them at a yard sale but didn’t realize that they ahd your name in them.

We’re both huge fans of the mother/daughter book club, so it’d be awesome to have an autographed copy of one of the books… do you sign with a purple pen? (Purple is my fave color. :D)

Anyway, happy holidays! (My cousin loves the bayberry pie book, by the way… :D)

    • Wow, yard sale SCORE! Those are definitely my autographs — I do indeed sign with a purple pen. 🙂

    • Yes! Read the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan! Almost as good as Heather’s books! Have you read all of Heather’s books yet?

          • Well sounds like we like the same books! How about the babysitters club by Ann. M Martin? Those books are short but sweet. There is about a hundred of them too.

          • And did you read the help because it is amazing!! And also the princess trap is reeeallly good. It keeps you reading

          • I havent read the help but its not something im that interested in. Babysitters club os good but it doesnt have enough adventure and romance for my taste. Sorry…im super picky!

  2. Hi Heather. This is off-topic, but do you know Rick Riordan? I love his books almost as much as I love yours. 😀

  3. I have a suggestion for a book!!! I love this book almost as much as MDBC!! It is “The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell” by Chris Colfer. Chris Colfer is the guy from Glee. You should try it, “i love mdbc”!

    • You can ask them to order it for you via Interlibrary Loan! It’s a fabulous service that libraries offer — just talk to a librarian! 🙂

  4. If you like fractured fairy tales read the Twice Upon A Time series by Wendy Mass. She is an awesome writer! Has any one read any books by her?
