  1. OMG!!!! Absolutely Truly!!! I can’t wait to read it! OMG!!! *freaks out dramatically then falls out of chair*

      • Can’t wait, Heather! Just a quick question…which MDBC book did you enjoy writing the most? I can’t choose which one was my fave. I liked all of them!!!

        • I loved writing all of them, but PIES & PREJUDICE was probably the most fun because a) it involved a research trip to England, and b) writing it let me tap into all my memories of living in England when I was younger. I’m an Anglophile, through and through!

  2. Hi there! Your new book sounds TOTALLY AMAZING AND AWESOME! Could you tell me (if you can) what reading level it will be? Will it be about the same as the MDBC series or for younger/older kids? Thanks!

    • Becca, I have no idea what reading level it will be. I just write the stories and let others sort that out. But I’m thinking the same as the MDBC books.

  3. I loved the thorough interview questions. My daughter and I just finished the entire series in 30 days–that was our goal. We couldn’t put them down. I will miss all the characters. They are all like family. We are looking forward to your new book.

    • Awwww, this made my day, Terese! So happy that the characters feel like family to you both — that’s the way they feel like to me! ๐Ÿ™‚
