Guess what’s fresh out of the oven in paperback? YOURS TRULY!

It’s hard to believe it’s been a whole year since this book first appeared in hardcover, but indeed it has. Somehow 2017 has melted into 2018 without me noticing it. I’ve had a whirlwind of a year, with not one but TWO family weddings (more on that in a later post). Lots of joy here aboard the Good Ship Frederick!

Meanwhile, I have a paperback copy of YOURS TRULY to give away — for a chance to win, just leave a comment below, sharing the most joyous thing that happened to you this past year. Let’s spread some joy!

The winnerย will be chosen at random at midnight on February 19, 2018. Share this giveaway on your blog or Facebook or Twitter or Pinterest or other social media for additional entries. (If you share on social media, please leave a link in the comments below so I can assign you an extra entry.) ย U.S. and Canada only, please. Have fun!

  1. One of the most joyous things that happened to me this past year was that I was able to start a non-profit Makerspace for other teenagers, letting me share what I love with everyone. It’s been a lot of work, but so rewarding at the same time! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. The most joyous thing that happened to me the past year was doing community service at my library. I got to read during my free time and helped a lot of people. I also met a bunch of new friends!

  3. The most joyous thing for me is just the times I got to spend with family over the holidays. I love being able to spend time with them and I also found out I’m going to be an aunt again!

  4. Wow! I haven’t been on here in FOREVER! Frankly, I have been so busy. How are you, Mrs. Frederick? =)

Hmmm… joining the Young Writers Workshop. It’s been amazing. Ooh, and finishing my novel. Now I have an agent about ready to offer a contract, so lots has happened to me in the past year! EEP! *grins* 2018 is going to be special. I know it.

  5. Yay a paperback!! For me, it would have to be my family trip up north to Massachusetts and to Canada where I got to see my best friend. She lives in Canada, and I only see her about once a year!!! Also, I started writing a fantasy novel that Iโ€™m really excited about!!

    • Fun! Canada is one of my favorite places to go in all the world. And congrats on starting a novel!

  6. for me it would probably be getting a new baby cousin. he is the sweetest thing and i love holding him and rocking him to sleep. he is truly a beautiful gift from God. it would also probably realizing who my real, true friends are who are always here for me when i’m going through hard times. i am truly very blessed.

  7. I love your books so much! This Christmas I went up to Nebraska and went sledding. That’s been the highlight of my year so far!

  8. The best thing about last year was getting my dream job- being an elementary school librarian! Thank you for supplying me wonderful books to fill the shelves for eager little minds. Keep writing!

    • Ooo, Rebekah — that IS a dream job! If I wasn’t a writer, I’d definitely be a librarian — and preferably at an elementary school! ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. The moment that marks 2017 for me was watching my dad re-propose to my mom in front of the Eiffel Tower!
    Happy 2018 to all!

  10. The most joyous thing that happened to me last year was I turned 16! It definitely felt like a milestone birthday, even though I’m still working on getting my license. And my family vacationed at the beach the week of my birthday! ๐Ÿ™‚
