I’m so excited! I grew up with this series, and I’m thrilled to hear that there’s an epilogue coming! I remember emailing you a few years back asking about the future of the characters (who they ended up with, how their lives went, etc), and also disagreeing with some of the outcomes, but now that I’m older, everything makes sense!

My mom and I also started our own MDBC with some other mothers and daughters for a short period of time a while back!

Thank you so much for creating such amazing books that have been a comfort series for me and that has acted as a hand for me to hold as I grew up! I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us with the epilogue.

This is the BEST news ever! I received these books as a gift back in grade school and have read them at least a dozen times since then. Now that I’m in my master’s program, I was craving a little nostalgia, so I decided to start the series all over again. I went looking to see if you had ever posted or written anything else about the girls, because I’ve always wanted to know where they end up, and I was lucky enough to stumble across this blog post.

I hope you know the impact you’ve had on my life. You inspired me in so many ways, and I’ve seen pieces of myself in your MDBC characters at one point or another. Thank you for everything you’ve created, and I cannot wait to read the epilogue in August! 💛

I first read your books when I was in 6th grade, so the same age as the girls. It was so cool reading a series about girls around my age in each book and growing up with them. I didn’t have many friends when I was younger, so they were my friends in a way.

I have an email saved that I sent to you a LONG time ago and I was ecstatic that you replied! It meant the world to me as so many authors don’t reply.

I just turned 30 and still enjoy re-reading the books for nostalgia. I won’t be having kids of my own, but I look forward to buying copies for my nieces when they are old enough to enjoy them.

Looking forward to finding out how the characters lives turn out!
